Safety First

• Always treat firearms as if they are loaded.
• Keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction at all times.
• Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.

Eye and Ear Protection

• Mandatory use of eye and ear protection on the range.
• Ensure that protection is worn properly before entering the shooting area.
• Eye and ear protection can be purchased at the range counter, or borrowed at no cost (excluding classes).

Range Commands

• Follow all range commands promptly and without hesitation.
• Only commence shooting when given the clear signal by the Range Safety Officer.

Firearm Handling

• Firearms must be unloaded and cased when entering and exiting the range.
• Never point a firearm at anything you do not intend to shoot.

Ceasefire Protocol

• In case of a cease-fire announcement, immediately stop shooting, unload, and step away from the firing line.
• Do not handle firearms during a cease-fire unless directed by the Range Safety Officer.

Controlled Shooting

• Shoot only at authorized targets and within designated areas.
• No rapid or uncontrolled firing; maintain a controlled pace.

Alcohol and Substance Policy

• Absolutely no consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during shooting activities.
• Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied access to the range.

Ammunition Restrictions

• Only use brass-cased ammunition; steel-cased and armor-penetrating ammunition is strictly prohibited.
• Ensure all ammunition complies with range regulations to prevent damage to the facility and promote a safe shooting environment.
